Product Specification
Air handling unit manufactured by us are of have following features-
 
a) Floor mounted in both versions that is double skin and single skin in capacity ranging from  3000 CMH to 70000 CMH (most suitable where large air quantity has to be distributed).
 
b) Cooling suspended in both versions that is Double skin and Single skin in capacity ranging rom 3000 CMH to 10000CMH (most suitable in places where floor space a not be spared).
 
c) Vertical type in both versions that is double skin and single skin in capacity ranging 3000 CMH to 25000 CMH (most suitable in places where space is a constraint).

Application:
Suitable for cooling heating, humidification,ventilation of wedding malls, shopping malls, office complexes, call centres, BPOs, hotels, hospitals, pvrs, housing societies.
 
Panels
CFC Free PUF injected( 25 mm/45 mm) panels in Double skin.
Casing Structure ( Thermal break on request)
Extruded aluminium hollow profiles frames self-supporting type.
 
Drain Pan(Designed for complete water drain).
 
Filter
Synthetic media filter are provided  as standard ( Hepa  filter can also be provided on request).
 
Coil Section
Optimum circuit designed coils are provided for  maximum heat transfer as per duty requirements.
 
Fans
Nicotra of krugeror Comefri centrifugal fans are used either SISW or DIDW type with forward curve or backward  curved driven directly or with V belts as per static pressure requirements.
 
Inspection Doors
Provided with limit switch for safe maintenance of blower and blower motor.
 
Opptional Attachments

    * Mixing chamber with box type opposed louvre dampers.
    * Microvee filiter chamber with Microvee filter.
    * Hepa chamber filter with Hepa filter.
